The World Relief Triad ILS program partners with local churches as well as the wider community to provide affordable, high-quality legal services to immigrants throughout the North Carolina area. World Relief Triad is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice and its caseworkers can represent clients before the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DACA RECIPIENTS: The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program enacted in the June 15, 2012 memorandum is rescinded as of September 5th. This announcement affects many World Relief Triad clients and the broader immigrant community. This announcement does not cancel current DACA work permits. Instead, they will remain valid until the issued expiration date. Pending cases that have been filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will continue to be processed. DACA recipients whose permits will expire on or before March 5th, 2018 should seek legal advice in order to file a renewal application before October 5th, 2017. World Relief Triad will continue to serve the immigrant community as we navigate these changes and we look forward to the legislative fix encouraged by Attorney General Jeff Sessions when announcing the administration’s decision to rescind DACA. Congressional advocacy will be critical to finding a permanent solution such as the DREAM Act. World Relief Triad is currently offering free consultation to DACA recipients in order to determine eligibility for Immigration benefits. Please contact our office in order to schedule an appointment.
